To follow smaller numbers more closely I’ve found that using groups and saved searches in my Twitter clients (Tweetdeck, Nambu, etc.) is really easy/simple. I also really like Facebook integration with Twitter clients because I use Facebook only for friends so I don’t have to leave the Twitter client to comment on their status or otherwise connect in a much slower-moving stream.

Would love to hear which CRMs you are using instead!

My evil twin account is @bethkanter – that account uses the Twitterfeed to stream link love.

I’ve been thinking of a third account to follow a smaller number of people more closely – but I discovered some social crms that might just solve that problem.
